What to Expect During Your Juvéderm® Voluma™ Treatment?
To begin your Juvéderm® Voluma™ treatment, your injector will cleanse the treatment area, as well as apply a topical numbing cream to make your experience more comfortable. Then, a small needle will be used to inject the Juvéderm® Voluma™ into the midface area, adding volume where it is needed. You can expect your treatment session to take about 30-45 minutes to complete, depending on the number of injections needed.
Juvéderm® Voluma™ Results
After your dermal filler treatment, you may experience temporary side effects such as swelling, tenderness, lumps, bruising, or itching at the treatment site. You can feel free to apply makeup to help camouflage any bruising if desired. While there is no downtime required, we do advise that you avoid strenuous activity for 48 hours after your injections to ensure the best results.
